Management Board
The BDR Thermea Management Board consists of the following members:
Rob van Banning, CEO
Rob van Banning (1957), CEO of BDR Thermea, was appointed Group CEO of De Dietrich Remeha Group in the end of 2006. Previously he held the position of Regional CEO for the UK for the Smurfit Kappa Group, worldleader in paperbased packaging. Rob graduated from the Technical University of Delft.
Martyn Coffey
Martyn Coffey (1962), appointed Group CEO of Baxi Group in January 2008, joined Baxi UK in April 2005 as Chief Executive for the UK and Ireland. He previously held the position of Chief Executive for Pirelli Cables UK, the largest affiliate in the Pirelli Cables group. Martyn graduated in Mathematics in 1984.
Hubert Schwein
Hubert Schwein (1957) was appointed Group CFO of De Dietrich Remeha Group in January 2008. Previously Hubert Schwein held the position of CFO with De Dietrich Thermique which was merged with Remeha in 2004. Hubert graduated from the Business School IECS in Strasburg in 1980.
Adrian Darling
Adrian Darling (1952) was appointed Group Finance Director of the Baxi Group in January 2003. He previously held the position of Group Finance Director with Powell Duffryn PLC, a London Stock Exchange listed group with businesses in the engineering and transport sectors. Adrian qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
